At our Encore Music we recognise the value of sharing ideas and experiences to enrich our teaching. Encore Music tutors come from a range of backgrounds and have a variety of musical, teaching and coaching qualifications. They share a love of music, a passion for teaching and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality piano lessons to every student.
All Encore Music Tutors receive full administrative support (from timetabling to billing), curriculum guidance, exam preparation assistance and ongoing coaching and problem solving. One-to-one mentoring takes the form of student reviews and planning our piano lessons. Principal, Liz Giannopoulos helps to bring alternative, tried and tested, creative solutions to musical challenges. Tutor workshops throughout the year, allow us to work as a team, exploring innovative methods and teaching strategies, discovering new music and continually develop our professional skills.
All tutors hold current public liability insurance certificates, have up to date DBS checks and are members of a professional body (such as Musician's Union, Incorporated Society of Musicians or European Piano Teachers' Association).

Liz Giannopoulos is the founder and director of Encore Music Tuition Ltd. She is a highly qualified music tutor with a wealth of experience and a passion for both teaching and learning.
Liz is committed to developing musical skills, enabling pupils to become independent musicians. She tailors piano lessons to the preferred learning styles of each student, responding to diversity with adaptability. Liz is creative, inspirational, self motivated and reliable. Her students have a 100% pass rate history, ABRSM, Prep Test to Grade 8.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Liz also provides ongoing coaching and mentoring for the Associate Tutors including regular piano lesson observations, curriculum and repertoire advice, exam planning and creative problem solving.

Rob has an extensive background of performing on the piano and guitar across numerous genres. Rob draws on this experience to ensure that learning the piano is a rounded experience with musicianship and musicality at the heart.

Every pianist is different, therefore Rob teaches in an adaptable way as to bring out the enthusiasm and motivation for each individual, enabling them to find and express their own unique talents on the piano.

Gabriel is passionate about the unique relationship each student has to their instrument and firmly believes that a passion for music and the piano is something that is accessible to anyone. Having offered teaching to people of all ages and backgrounds since 2016, of both advanced and novice standards, Gabriel has tailored a personable and flexible teaching style that nurtures and ignites potential.
Gabriel is an experienced pianist and composer. Having graduated from the Royal Academy of Music with a first in his Master’s degree, he has enjoyed performances of his music across Europe.
